Service & Warranty Administrator – Leading Residential Builder
Are you ready to step into a dynamic role with one of Victoria's top residential builders, delivering well over 500 new homes each year? We're looking for a driven, hands-on Administrator to support the post-construction service, maintenance, and warranty team, as they tidy up those final few items, in the new homes they have just built.
The Role
Reporting into the Service and Warranty Manager, you will be working in a busy, fast-paced environment dealing with incoming calls and emails, post construction - allocating work as part of the defects or warranties process to the Supervisors and sub-contractors who are completing the required work.
You will be based in the head office near the CBD. Primary duties include:
- Coordinating inspections of properties, post construction
- Coordination of queries and reports from home owners and developers
- Managing communications with stakeholders
- Organising and documenting defect and warranty correspondence
- Applying Australian Standards and tolerances to requests for works
- Site based works, visits, meetings and inspections

- Experience in a similar role would be idea
- Experience with HIA or Master builders building contracts would be useful (understanding of building codes/defects)
- An understanding Administration of home building or maintenance is highly sought
- Have strong organisational and communication skills
